First I added the blur effect to the original video, siren sound, and the red flash in After effects. Then, I export the video as a .mov and open it under Photoshop. In photoshop, I used the animation function to draw and edit each individual frame.

Project 3: Rotoscope Idea
For the 20 seconds rotoscoped animation project, my idea is a scene located in a art gallery/museum, where a burglar is running away from security guards.
We begin the scene of a burglar removing a painting off the wall. When the painting is removed, it triggers the alarm in the room. The burglar has an astonished expression on his face and sees the shadows of the security guards and jets off. Trying to catch his breath, the burglar hides behind a wall. The burglar thinks that he completely loses the security guards but when he tries to continue to escape, a security guard is standing right behind him pointing a gun holding handcuffs in the air...
